ShreddingWe operate a large volume shredding plant incorporating in-line metal detection to reduce high-density and large-scale scrap plastics to a manageable size.

GranulationWe operate several high capacity granulators on site. These allow us to process rigid scrap at high throughput to supply the feedstocks we need to make products for our clients.

CompoundingOur compounding plant allows us to produce a range of products made to meet customer requirements. The plant includes a range of controlled processes to produce our final product – a high quality pelletised polymer compound.
Our plant is unique to us and has been developed over many years’ experience in producing materials for our customers.The machinery we operate is of a new generation with highly advanced degassing and melt filtration.
Utilising this we are now able to offer both post industrial and post consumer based materials of the highest quality.
These materials are continually checked for quality and consistency throughout manufacture.

TradingOur trading arm allows us to deal with your surplus materials. Most are used for our own consumption and large network of outlets throughout the UK and Europe allows us to deal with any surplus.
